What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job. Laws in the EU and UK (GDPR and the ePrivacy rules), India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act), Brazil (LGPD) and California (CCPA/CPRA) require us to tell you which ones we use, why, and to get your permission for any that are not strictly necessary. We ask everyone, not only visitors from those places.

Analytics (consent required)
With your permission we use PostHog to see which pages are used, where people get stuck, and to replay sessions with all typed input and other people’s messages masked. Data is sent to PostHog’s US cloud through our own domain. It is deleted after 12 months.

Third parties
Razorpay sets its own cookies on its checkout page when you pay, and Google sets cookies on its sign-in pages. Those are covered by their policies, not this one. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a rejection of analytics.
